Wire Frame

I'm very happy with the performance of my X5 air purifier and Airdog Customer service. The wire grid part is required for the X5 air purifier and is very delicate. I apparently was a little rough while cleaning the original grid and some of the wires broke so I had to replace it. Airdog was generous and sent me two for the price of one, made it more affordable.

Delivered in a short time. Easy to install and working fine.

After a couple years of daily use, the last time I cleaned the unit one of the wires in the wire frame was slack and discolored. Airdog stood by their product and, though out of warranty, replaced it for the cost of shipping only. Bravo Airdog customer service.

Airdog is tops in Customer Service! We have bought at least three purifiers and we are delighted with the performance and the prompt customer service when needed. Recently, we had to replace the wireframe for our 89 year old mother. These wireframes are made to last indefinitely with proper care, nonetheless somehow hers had been damaged during cleaning and required replacement. We did the replacement on her behalf and as always Airdog is supremely efficient and prompt and her unit is running like new again. It's especially important at a time like this as it filters 99.9% of Covid viruses. We are not only happy and thrilled with our units, but completely confident in the company and their first rate customer service.

I like Airdog products. They are the best that I have tried since 20 years having asthma and allergies problems. I have tried almost any brands. I was using IQAIR Health Pro Plus ans Blueair wich are high end medical grade products costings over 1000 at buying plus 500 a year in filters. I have particle sensor that detect dust particle and odors and gaz. Airdog is better in term of efficiency. More than this you save 500 a year in filter as you can clean it. Airdog is more energy efficient and less noisy also. And finally connected on my iPhone and iPad. No connection for Blueair or IQAir. Finally Airdog has sensor built in the machine to track particle and VOC for the new x8. I have one X5, two X8 and the Tesla Airdog for my Tesla car. I love all of them and strongly recommend it.

Fast service, have the new one installed. The old one was completely destroyed when I tried to clean it. Will now use an alternative method. Airdog works fine again.
